14 chicken whole wings (cut)
6tbsp of soy sauce
1/4tsp ground ginger
1/2 tsp garlic salt
Add all parts to a bowl marinade for 30min
In a large bowl combine;
1 cup cornstarch
1 cup flower
1tsp garlic salt
2tsp crushed red pepper
Drain marinade and coat wings with this mixture then heat your deep fryer up and cook till golden brown (about 6min).

Make sure to cook chicken in batches not all at once also make sure to drain the marinade before coating with the flower mixture .
